Double my order without consent and over charged on shipping fees

The website automatically doubles the order. The shipping charges are approximately 4 times the amount of actual shipping and is actually double the the actual price of the item. The order is placed prior to giving any confirmation of pricing, quantity or shipping charges. When calling customer service to try and cancell the order, they tell you you have to wait 24 hours for the account to post the information before they can help you, but they immediatly charge your credit card. The net result is, that you are charged with no recourse accept to try to return the item. They will not reimburse the inflated shipping charges. There was no way to stop the order although I did not actually confirm I wanted to place the order. This is a scam.
