BofA purchased my home loan in 2000. When they did so they filed an assumption of mortgage and made two errors. They sold it in 2003 and filed a satisfaction of mortgage and again made two errors. I have been trying since Oct to get them to make the corrections and have been unsuccessful. I have hired an attorney and he has also been in contact with them, but to no avail. No return calls, just the run around.
