I ordered a package with three DVRs and they sent and installed a home system that I didn't order. I agreed to try the system but I have been calling every other day because the system doesn't work propertly, and it is interfering with my internet service. After a month and a half and after two technician's visits I asked them to installed the package that I wanted from the beginning but they refused to do so, they want to send the technician again. I told them I am willing to pay for the difference but I want them to recognized at least part of the $179 that they charged to my credit card since the system they installed have been causing so many problems. They are asking me to pay full amount as if I just changed my mind, but they messed up my order from the beginning. I am starting to think that they want to take advantage of the situation because I have a Spanish accent but I am a U.S. Citizen but unfortunately this is not the first time I have been mistreated because of this.
