I recieved a letter stating i had an account past due of 489.31 but they had a settlement offer of 199.32 which is 60% reduction i sent a money order of 200.00 but i have not heard or recieved a reciept from them... Im confused as to what happened whith my money or my account. So please contact me and let me knw what happened
