During the years of 2006 to 2006 we were tenants of Hirani Oil as we rented property in the Butterfield Plaza, in Benson Arizona. During that time we contact Hirani countless times about issues with the building that were their responsibility to address. They ignored our communications and even told us that if we did not like it we could leave at any time, despite having a lease.

On May 25 the City of Benson Arizona condemned our suite and several others due to the deteriorated condition that the building was in. We moved out and then were sued by Hirani Oil for breach of our lease.

My thoughts are that this is not a reputable firm and others should be very careful about dealing with them.
