Wrong medicine, returned merchandise, poor customer service, Non-satisfaction

It was a doctor visit. Dr. Hirani’s office sold me for my little 4 years old son supplement “Super Nu Thera Tropical Fruit”, containing ingredient my son is allergic to: coconut – please note that one tiny drop of coconut would lead my son straight to emergency room. Dr. Hirani was aware of my son’s allergy as I brought her copy of my son’s allergy test. I handed copies of test results including allergy for coconut directly to Dr. Hirani. I mentioned to Dr. Hirani that my son was recently tested for many different items and copies of this allergy test enclosed; I made sure she did take a look at them. When I came to return this product and receive explanations, I was met by extremely rood manager who told me that Dr. Hirani is not responsible for supplements she prescribing. He was talking to me in extremely aggressive manner and completely irrespective tone using high pitches voice. On July 14 after I filed a dispute Al Mamdani left a message on my cell phone insulting me again, saying that my dispute is ridiculous and my statements are fraud; that he is going to fight me and even threatening to take me to court if I will not give up. I feel deeply dissatisfied, given wrong merchandise, insulted, by their “service”. I don’t feel fair paying to Dr. Who is not responsible for products she sells to her customers. I would like to be compensated for at least $200.00 for visit due to non-satisfaction and wrong supplement and also for $66.00 for merchandise that I returned unopened and provided to Hirani office proof of return.
