International Plaza is Run By AGolf L.L.C the owner is a small asian woman probably in her 70's. She is a lier and a thief and a terrible landlord. Who lies to her tenants, lies at the signing of the lease and tries to milk her tenants for repairs to the building. She is a multimillionaire and will bitch to you about cost of a piece of paper. Everyone at the plaza hates her. She cons you into signing a 50 page lease that has hidden trapps in it! She uses a bum looking guy named Tom to do repairs illegal repairs for example. Illegally dumping free-on in air condition units on the buildings. Tom does not have a license to do this. This is ILLEGAL! Also she will tell you that she will maintain the heating and air for the 1st year of the lease which is a lie, she will not have coils cleaned or filters changed. I had a space there and the unit filters were not cleaned for 10 years. Which will cause units to break down. She will also tell you the heating and air units are new or 1 year old, LIE! They are over 30 years old and interrible condition. So after the 1st year of the lease that she doesnt maintain the heating and air if in year 2 it doesnt work guess who has to pay for it? YOU! Too further note, if the unit does not work in the 1st year and if you yell and bitch enough she will have it fixed buy not puting in new good quality parts but by having her handyman put in old parts from other units. Yes, taking parts from other units and placing them in your unit. Junk work right! Susan is a con artist! Susans real name is Su-Chuan Hsu she lives in Deerfield. No one should rent a store in International plaza Arlington hts. All the businesses now there want to leave and are fed up with Susan Su-Chuan Hsu bullshit!
