Hanna, Hanna Developement Corp, Individual rented me and my 3 small children a house full of toxic mold with a year of unpaid Homeowner fees and no homeowner application

This individual knowingly rented me and my 3 small children a house in Boca Raton full of toxic mold. She hadn't paid her Homeowner Association fees in a year and she was supposed to get me approved by the HOA and she told me she didn't have to.

When myself and my 3 children (4,5 and 10) were moving in we were approached by many people saying we were not approved to live there, that mold was present there and advised us to call the homeowners association.

I had it tested for mold which I was told was the worst case they have ever seen and to move out immediately. I advised Hanna who said I had to take care of it and tried to cash my check after I advised her I immediately stopped payment on.

I left the premises and advised her not to rent the place out. I had 2 girlfriends with children call her about the rental and she tried to get them to move in. She said they only had to pay the first 3 months up front.

Shame on her!!!
