I am not the only one! Judge Carol Hanna refuses to hear subpoenaed witnesses. Refuses to keep Family First

Family law was the focus of Hanna's judgeship campaign in along with talk of 'Family Values', and 'Family First' issues. Yet, she seems to do everything she can to keep my son away from me and/or his real father. She has allowed my son to live with a man who is not his son (he is my estranged husband); a man who has abused him; a man who has left scarring on my son's back. Yet Hanna refuses to allow Parental Reunification with me, or his real father. I have tried many, many times to have Laurel Legal (Legal Aide) help me with this, but that is another posting. The man my son is with, sees him as a meal ticket. This man has reinforced emotional distress in my son and has my son on disability; with him being the primary benefactor. No questions asked.

At my last hearing, Hanna refused to hear all of my subpoenaed witnesses, stating that she "didn't have the time". She heard one. She has allowed the son mentioned above to be in the courtroom while my hearing was going on. Minor children are not allowed in the courtroom while anyone is testifying in Family Court.

Hanna accepted a $5,000 'donation' from my husband's attorney for her election campaign (James D. Carmella), with nothing being said. (This is a matter of public record). Does it make you wonder why this attorney wins his cases in front of this Judge?

Hanna doesn't seem to mind my then 8 year old son witnessing my husband and his paramour performing cunnilingus with an open door.

I never worked a day of the marriage, yet Hanna doesn't feel it's neccessary for my husband to pay me support.
I have been asking for transcripts of the hearings, only to hear that Hanna doesn't know when she will 'get around to it'; that came from my attorney: John Kopay at Laurel Legal.

I would be hesitant if I were the only one this has happened to, but there are four other women this has happened to here in Indiana County; one woman hired an attorney outside of the county, she now has full custody of her children.

There are many other questionable situations that surround this Judge, but I am running out of space. If anyone interested in this case would contact me, I would appreciate it. Perhaps together we can end corruption.
