I have invested in this stock over the past 2 years based on numerous PR's from the company. The lastest story is that a company VP and Accountant embezzled 500k operating capital, stole the equipment, and set up their own business with it.in the meantime they called clients with contracts and told them their orders could not be filled by Behl, but that they could fill them with their new company instead ($7,500, 000). I understand the VP abandoned Behl, but did not formally resign so she contends that she is still acting in the best interest of the shareholders. Do I have any recourse against anyone.
