Nydia Soriano, the CFO and partner of MWM, has constructed a intricate scam which has defrauded numerous parties of substantial monies. She has frudulently induced numerous purchases of marked up medical equipment (price gouging), and has since abandoned the company to try and avoid her responsibilty.

Soriano induced upwards of 7 persons to purchase diagnostic equipment, with the gurantee from her that, all payments would be made on equipment by Matrix, and that Matrix had an extensive list of accounts who required the services of this equipment. Over time it became clear that Matrix did not posses these accounts nor had the ability or intention to pay for leased machines. Soriano fabricated the accounts, as well as, the financial stregth of Matrix. Her motivation was to sell price inflated machines ($20,000 over retail) not to honor her contracts with clients. Aside from these fraudulently induced sales, Soriano also sold a leased machine for cash to a gentlemen who obviosly believed he was buying equipment of clean title. She also looted the corporate checking account the day before she was asked to hand over the books, when it became clear there was impropriety. When the account was reconciled it was determined that the account was negative $6000, when Soriano had claimed it was positive $17000. To raise capital she sold clients receivables to which she had no claim.

The list of illegal behavior goes on and on, Soriano has been convicted of fraud in the past and clearly has not been rehabilitated by our judicial system. This women needs to be taken off the streets so she cannot hurt anyone else.
