If your drivers are to lazy to climb the stairs & instead just leave package at leasing office and sign for it themseves (t. Tracy) then get new employees!!! How dare he sign it himself! We stayed home all day and had to get manager to open office after hours! The management said that the fed ex will sign themselves, BRING IT TO THE ADDRESS IT WAS SENT TO, OR HIRE NON LAZY PEOPLE WHO DONT MIND DOING THEIR JOB! 3/5. We will try our best to only use UPS from now on.
