Unauthorized credit card charge of $24.95. Called the 800# listed along with the transaction on my statement. "customer service" woman would not tell me who authorized this charge; instead she wanted personal info (which i did not give) & told me it was the fee for an online discounts membership. I told her i do not and have not ever belonged to any such entity and again asked her who was authorized to make this transaction. Still no answers from her; instead she hung up on me when i threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Wow.
