Unauthorized use of debit/credit card

I got a 14 day free trial from Dazzle Smile and paid for the postage with my debit/visa card. As soon as I hit finish on their web site I got a text message (how did they know my phone was a cell?) saying I needed to call a number to verify I am the authorized user/owner of the card. I was told the call was being recorded. The man began reading a very rapid script; during the middle of it his speech changed to the point none of it was understandable, then he asked if I authorized them to make the purchase. I said I authorize you for this ONE TIME charge of $1.95 for postage. He kind of stammered then said all he wanted to know was if I was the card holder, and I said yes.

I no sooner hung up with him when I got another text from a number 41479 that read: Reply Y now for connection info on the # you have dialed. Locator Svc $9.99/month Std msg chgs apply for 20 lookups/month www.sms181.com STOP 2 end Reply Y now!

Two days later my credit union fraud department called me to inquire about an online transaction. The transaction was from Well B Health in the amount of $48.92, which legally has to be paid since they had the correct information, then I have to dispute it to be reimbursed. It is a fraudulent charge that I never authorized.

I then went on Dazzle Smile's web site for their 24/7 customer service who refused to give me the name of their company, and the address. They said they manufacture their own product and the company is in Des Moines, IA. They said they canceled my order, but I don't trust them.

My card is now frozen for any transactions, and I'm being issued a new one.

This same company is also scamming under a variety of names. Their web sites all look the same, just different names.
