Unauthorized credit card use

I purchased a transmission a 93 Chevy transmission from Trans America Engine in Macon Ga 1-888-688-3471 who call Marlar and Son a gave them my credit card info to purchase a transmission for a 99 Tacoma transmission without my knowledge or approval. I contacted Marlar & Sons when I noticed the transaction on my bank statement to ask them why they charged my credit card and who authorized the transaction. I went on further to tell them that I did not authorized them to debit my account for $440. No one from their office or business will give me my money back and ti top it off I NEVER received either transmission. Now that is very unprofessional and in my book illegal. I demand reimbursement on the grounds that I never ordered anything from them nor did I authorized them to charge my credit card for merchandise.
