Miscellaneous

I recived a promotional package from Platinum Promotion & Marketing by U.S. Mail on Sept. 07. On the front it is marked important document enclosed, express papid delivery, and extremeiy important priority mail. On the back side there's a section marked Match Any 3 Items and you win one of five great prives, there's also one metallic key taped to the back of the promotional package to a 2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0SL. After reading all the instructions I scratched the gray shadded area as indicated. There was 3 vehicles in a row indicating that I was the Grand Prize winner of the 2912 Nissan or choice of $20,000. I then at that time called the Dealership and questioning the receptionest, she stated " no gimmick it's a promotion ". On Sept. 12 I went to Boyland Nissan to clame my prize, before I exited my vehicle I began to vedio tape my winnings, After I was greeted by the salesman (name unknown) and some small talk I was told that it a gimmick and " unless your here to buy a car, however we did have some gift cards but there all gone now ". Once I got home I called back to the dealership and asked to speak with the Manager (Andrew) I was transfered to the Promotional Manager (Pat).in the conversation between Pat and myself he tried to explain I had a 1 and 25,000 chance of winning the 2012 Nissan it was all in the small print and the salesman shoud have taken the promotional package and got some information from me. Sept. 29 Mr. Darryl Owens (General Manager of Boyland Event Nissan) responded to the Better Bussiness Bureaus stating the chances of me winning the car was pointed out in the disclaimer and he's sorry I misinterpreted the ad. However I did win a $5.00 Walmart giftcard. Well here's stilll the problem:

#1 How do Mr. Owens know I won a $5.00 giftcard he's never saw my promotional package as of today Oct. 13?
#2 In Mr. Owens stated I won a $5.00 giftcard well if that was true on Sept. 12 the salesman stated "however we had some giftcards but there all gone now" So you printed more winning giftcards than you had giftcards. If that is true that would have been illegal 7 U.S. C 1575: US Code-Section 1575 False Advertising, 15U.S.C. 1125: US Code-Section 1125 False Desination of Orgin, False Descriptions add dil and U.S. C 1326: US Code-Section1326: Penalty for False Marketing
#3 Because my chance of winning is 1 out of 25,000 still why isn't this the winning promotion?
#4 Who won the Grand Prize?
#5 If Mr. Owens perdictions is accurate there was one winner to the 2012 Nissan or $20,000 me, and If his perdiction was wrong well he was also inaccurate about how many giftcard winnings he had. 24 hours before the event was to be ove
