Harassment and humiliation

I was called texas nissan dearship spoke to khalil Ali the salesman. I stated to him we saw a 2009 or 2010 nissan altima we would like to come and take a look at. He set an appointment for us on Aug 25. We get to the dealership and the first thing he does he pulls a credit report to see what kind of deal he can get done on the car. He came back and said Alonzo will need a co-signer. I stated to him I will not co-sign for a used car especially a 2009. He said okay let me go back and see what other deal can I get made. At that point, I stated to him get our keys to our car and we will try somewhere else. Which is our right to do so. He said well wait let me see what else can do. I continued to ask him for the keys to our keys to our car so we could leave and go elsewhere. He said okay I will get the keys. We walked outside no keys or our car. So therefore, more salesman coming to us stating okay your salesman did not give all the details. He stated let me tell you what I can offer. I said we are done we just want our keys so we can go elsewhere.

At that point I was upset so I ask for a manager.in which never came to see what the problem was. Also at that point I felt harassed and humiliated cause the salesman stated he was not going to get our keys until we test drive a 2012 Nissan Altima. We had ask for the keys for hours no keys to our car. So when the manager final came out he told us to leave. I was upset also at the fact that the manager never said what was the problem or how was our service today. Not only that he jumps in my face and tell us to get out. First I felt as a customer disrepected and harassed like I was forced to buy a car. Your customers comes first not your sale. Being a manager always ask is there anything I can help you with. He never did that. He was yelling very unprofessional.
