I had a portable storage unit with PODS moving and storage. I fell behind on my payments and was giving a letter stating that a lien was being placed on the POD and moved to another location. I called the company and made a payment to Jason Vargas who works in the collections department of PODS corporate office, after the payment was made I asked Mr. Vargas if the current was current he stated yes, that only the current month was still needed. He also advised me that the next month a payment would be needed for the the following month. I advised that I would have the money fell behind again, then called at the end of that month and was advised that the POD has been auctioned off for no payment. I never received a notice of the auction, the POD was sold 30 days after the payment was received which brought the account current. Now there is an overage check which still hasn't been received 60 laters. I called and Spoke with Mr. Vargas 10/5 and was told the check would be mailed Friday 10/7. Today is 10/13 and I haven't still don't have the overage check and Mr. Vargas hasn't returned any phone calls.
