Excellent Customer Service - PODS STORAGE & MOVING

This week I retained a POD to temporarily store my belongings (for a local move) until my new place is ready. As with any move, it is always difficult to coordinate all aspects of delivery times, movers etc. I was in a situation where I needed to be out of my current place by a certain time, and I had neglected to read my agreement concerning the "window" of time for the POD delivery. I arranged for my moving helpers to arrive in the early afternoon, however the night before I received an automated notification from PODs stating the "window" for my delivery to be in the late afternoon.

The next morning I frantically called my local PODs and explained the situation. I was promptly called back and told the Regional Manager would personally deliver my POD by the time I needed it! He arrived right on schedule, was exceptionally friendly and courteous (as was the women who handled my call) and everything went smoothly from there!

This is the second time I have used PODs within a two year period, and both times it has been a great experience. I highly recommend PODs for anyone who is moving and requires either short or long-term storage.
