Caregiver Used Stolen Card and Fraud Claim Denied for Too Many Claims

My care giver stole my bank card and used it I made a police report after telling chase bank I ask them close my acct he keep on using it. I put a fraud claim in. The bank asst made more then one claim asking them to check out other dates that looked fraud, I told them the other charges were mine. The dates I gave her were the dates the card was stolen. Fraud dept denied my claim because I made to many claims and closed my account. I only made one claim. 7/12 =7/15/11
