They made several promises over the phone that were untrue when the contract arrived. I promptly (within 3 days) sent the unsigned contract back to them requesting a refund. Customer service always tells you what you want to hear. They acknowledge that they owe me. Saying the refund will be processed. I've called 5 times since Feb. Always told the same story. I got Fla. BBB to work on them. They told them a refund would be sent in two weeks... A lie. Talked with them today (10-11) customer service said they would send it out next week, which is total BS.
