The advertisement stated that a good faith deposit of $1 dollar was needed to start the process so, i stupid as i am i gave them my credit card number so i asked my question and waited and waited and about 25 min later i got a reply now keep that the website stated that if i am not satisfied i can get a refund well the response that i received was they needed more information from me. At this point i am already unhappy with the service. Unbenowing to me a charge of $29 dollars had also been charged to my account for accepting the reply. So now we have $30 charge. Also, on the intro page of the website there is a statement flashing check here for 7 day free trial. I also clicked thinking there would be no charge anyway. After checking my bank account and saw the charges i immediatley went back to the website to request a refund since they state satisfaction guaranteed. After several minutes of the website jumping around from one screen to another i finally reached an area where i could request a refund well i got a reponse that there would manully refund my money, and stated that this was usually done the same day of the request. Well when i checked my account the bank knows nothing of such a request.
