Ripoff Remedy, they literally stole from me

I ordered there product on 10/24/08 for the free trial to see if I would like the product, however I did not receive the product until 11-14-08 and realized that I would need to cancel this order before I ever got to try it due to the fact that the trial period was only for 15 days from the day I ordered it. I cancelled my order the day I received it by phone, they told me that there would be no other recourse and no other financial obligation from me and that everything was handled. Here I am thinking every is fine nothing to worry about, however on 12/12/08 they charged my bank card $78.84 plus a foreign transaction fee of $2.35. I immediately got on the phone with them and explained in great lengths what had happened and that they did not have the authorization to charge my bank card $78.84 plus the $2.35. She apoligized for what had happened and stated that she was putting in a refund to my checking account. I have a transcript of a live chat with Michelle at My Colon Remedy stating that they were processing my request for a refund again back on 1/28/09 then I called them back and spoke with Louise on 2-19-09 she stated that there was no refund issued and could not apologize enough and that she would process another refund request and that it would take 10 days to process. I asked her how could I trust that this refund was going to happen and she stated that she would see to it herself. Well, needless to say it is now 3-2-09 and I still don't have my refund and they keep giving me the runaround.
