Repeat Billing AFTER Cancellation

I was foolish enough to take them up on the £4.98 (or whatever) 3 day trial. On day 2 (because the site is useless) I decided that it was a waste of time. I cancelled via account settings.

Having been away (out of the country) for a few months I find that now (October) they have not only been charging me the full £34.99 monthly fee but also £14.90 per month for VIP and 'Connect' services - I don't even know what that is! That's £50 per month they were lifting from me without my knowledge.
