Horrible Service, Unreliable Techs reviews - Awful Customer Service

We ordered an extra outlet for one of the bedrooms weeks in advance. The contractor hired by DirectTV failed to show 3 times. I took off of work, sat at the house, etc... Calling customer service at DirectTV got me absolutely nowhere other than a rude rep telling me they could reschedule for later in the week. Really, that's all you can do, schedule yet ANOTHER appointment for me to lose money on? Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, and when I miss a days pay for a company that breaks 3 appointments I get a little upset. I can't wait to switch back to my local cable company!
