I bought one of their e-readers, after a short time it would no longer charge. Now when you turn it on it just turns itself right back off. When I called the company they said they have no warranty at all and since they no longer make them they cannot replace it or fix it, so sorry. They denied being responsibile in any way. Their box does not say anything about not having a warranty, it's only after you buy it and open the package that you find out that there is no warranty and they take no responsibillity for their product. And they were extremely rude about it.
