Brian and William Carver A Crane was used to hold a tree and the pully snaped and hit my home. I now am being told they are not responsable

On Wednesday September 21 a tree service came to cut down my neighbors tree in the pouring down rain.

They used a crane to hold the tree and and the pully snaped and sent the tree crashing toward my home. My mother was standing on the pourch watching and when the tree came down it scared my mother really bad.

We thought the tree had hit the house but later found out it was the hook and part of the pully from the crane that hit our home. It made a larg gash in the side of the house we were told that they would fix it.

If the hook had hit harder it would have went through the side of the house and it would have killed or injured my dad, he was directly on the other side where it hit. If it had been a little farther over it would have hit my 78 year old mother and more than likely it would have killed her.

I was told they would fix the house and clean up our yard from all the distruction that was caused. [continued below]...
