I called the city of detroit and request to have a tree trimed down and for the city to repair my side walk because the tree roots is breaking through the side walk in front of my house. This tree is on the side of the street. The city came and, puy black tar between the cement slabs (not good looking). The cty never came to trim the tree, when the tree get wet the leaves, and branches are to the ground. What am i going to do in the winter when it snows? The roots are coming up through the grassit is hard for me to cut the grass because of this. Help!
