Like others, I happened to check my bank account and found this $30.00 debit. I knew I had not authorized anyone to debit this so I called the number shown in the transaction summary. As yet, I have not been able to speak to a real live person. I then tried to go to the website that the automated line told me (support@membership.net) and this website came up. This is totally stealing and I don't understand how these people get away with this. What is really concerning is that they could hit me with another debit, and the only way to absolutely keep that from happening I will have to close my account and go through all the hassle that entails. It's a shame that everyone has to worry about this kind of thing happening to them all the time.

This company debited my bank account SEVERAL times a month, UNAUTHORIZED for more than 1 time a month, causing my bank account to have a negative balance, therefore causing me FEES from my bank!
