Ripoff dishonest fraudulent debit Was offered membership though I'm still unsure how stealing $149.95 from me saves me money

I noticed a debit to my checking account today that I was unfamilar with, in the amount of $149.95 from a company named MWI Connections.

I contacted my bank to get further information from them. They told me that the debit had come from MWI connections a few hours prior to my calling. This debit was made useing my husbands visa debit card.

I called my husband at work to see if he had made a purchase without my knowledge to this company. He stated that he had never heard of MWI Connections and that he had not made any such purchase.

I called the 800 number that was printed on my bank statement next to this debit withdraw to speak to someone from this company. I was put on hold for several min. Before I was able to speak to a person.

The woman's name that I spoke to was Shantell. She told me her I.D. Number was 16595. I explained to her that I had a debit taken from my account from their company without my knowledge and that I didn't even know what or who MWI Connections was.

After asking me to spell my name and provideing her with my full physical address and phone number was she willing to assist me.

She proceeded to tell me that the company in some way would save me money by being a member although I'm still unsure how stealing $149.95 from me saves me money.

I had to tell her multiple times in a very firm voice that I did not want any type of membership from them and in no way wanted to be billed at any time in the future from their company for anything and that I wanted the debit of $149.95 credited back to my account immediately before she agreed to put in a refund request for me.

She said that the refund would be credited back to my account within two to three days.

I have put in a dispute with my bank over this debit so that the $149.95 will be posted back to my account tomarrow and then they will investigate the charges with MWI Connections.

I had to dispute this debit because I have checks written out on my account that will bounce without this $149.95 being available in my account now.
