I responded to an on-line ad offerring a 'free' trial of cosmetics, with the only cost to be postage. I did not receve the product but still was charged postage and a week later was charge the full amount of the product. A few weeks after this I was then charged for a full supply of the product, which I did not recieve.
I did not authorise any debits from my credit card other than postage. I have put in a transaction dispute in with my bank, but may have to resort to closing the credit card off to prevent any other unauthorised transactions.
