Deliberate Fraud

The Manager of the Hotel, Nick P., approached my wife, Florha, and I regarding our stay here in the motel. We have been staying in the motel since early August, after having been evicted from our home here in Fairfield-Suisun City. Long story short Mr. P. Asks my wife and I to commit fraud.in that, and according to him, the State of California and the County of Solano only allow a person or persons to stay in a motel the likes of his for thirty days after that you have to vacate the motel. So to, "help us" Mr. P. Asks us to commit fraud in that if we know someone or know of someone who's name we can use or make use of to say that we are staying with them in the motel then we can stay here for an extended period of time.

According to him, according to the law, a person or persons can only stay in a motel room thirty out of ninety days and after that the room has to be given to someone else to stay in.inspectors come by the hotel ever so often and check the books, so to speak, and see who is staying in the motel. Ok fine, great so the Inspectors are doing there jobs, GREAT that is GOOD to know and hear. What the heck does that have to do with us comitting fraud? Answer: Nothing! Accept it is us who will be on the hook! Mr. P. Found someone willing to say that we are staying in the room with them on their dime. We don't know him and he doesn't know us!

But the excuse is the books must be kept clean and no one must know or be made aware fraud is being comitted. We for one refuse to participate and or allow ourselves to participate in such an effort. It is our recommendation that you not ever stay in the Solano Lodge & Mobile Home Park in Fairfield, CA. USA.in addition to fraud they also have an infestation of bed bugs and roaches and we are having to pay $400.00 a week to stay with such!
