Juveneu - False Advertising

Downloaded a Trial of the Ani-Wrinkle Serum Juveneu, to only pay for postage & handling of the goods with the option to send the product back within 30 days and not pay anything. I provided my Visa details for the P/H payment. The product arrived on 31 October but my Visa has been debited for the postage of $1.99 AND the amount of $84.71 before the 30 day trial has expired. I did not give them authority to take any other funds from my credit card before the 30 days expires. I want to send the product back but need to get a reply from them so I can do this.
