I responded to an ad. For a free trial plus$2.01 postage on 11/10 on 26/10 I was billed for this. A further bottle arrived on 18/11/ll. I contacted the company and was told that after 14 days from ordering the free trial I would be charged for it and also they would send another one each month. The offer I responded to did not state (unless it was buried somewhere in the spiel and I cannot find the ad. Again) anything about being charged or an amount.
I have cancelled my credit card. The company said they do not do refunds, even if the product is unsatisfactory. I think I have a case for the Department of Fair Trade.
