Not happy with my service - Restaurant

I was not happy wtih my serivce at the alexis road applebees on the night of dec. 27th. We waited a hour for our food the waitress did't even tell us it was on its way i asked to speak with the manger and he told me he was sorry but he was doing the best he could and there were 115 other tickets ahead of us and he was making the new walk-in wait 25min. That did't help me out my daughter was hungery. Then when we did get out food it was small portions and it was not right. I asked for no onion on my hamburger and for it to be pink. It was as hard as a rock and there was onion. I would have told the waitress but she never came back to ask how the meal was. We did't get our drinks refilled i had to give my water to my daughter to drink. I am not pleased and don't ever feel a need to go back. I was not the only one who felt that way there were others who were feeling the same way. I understand things can happen but i would of liked a better response. Thank you emily fall
