Will Not Fix Problem/Will Not Give Refundx

Beware of this shady company, that cheats customers. On the pretext of giving you a free streaming box, they hook you up for an year. After this the trouble begins. The so called streaming box is a such a piece of crap. It never works. I have complaint several times about this, but they did not fix the problem. This is the issue with paying upfront. The customer service is so pathetic. Do not get fooled by this company. And remember, they just need your money. If you already subscribed like me, then the best thing to do is to make sure you cancel their yearly subscription. Otherwise they will dupe you again by auto renewing your account.
