I have ordered three pairs of Ugg boots, for me and my daughters. When they arrived after two weeks, they were of very bad quality, the sizing was wrong, the colour was wrong. The lining was no real sheepskin, but just synthetic fabric. The brown colour looked like purple. Fake as it can be! I sent an email for refund, four times, and I have got no response. I have already sent them back to HongKong 3 /4 weeks ago. Two days I have sent a ver angry mail and today I have got this mail in return:

Hey, guys,
What do you want to do?
We have sent the products to you according to your order, you want to sent them back?
Are you kidding? Your credit is so terrible.

So you will understand I have blocked my Mastercard immediately, but I hope it is not too late!!
