I ordered 3 pairs of Ugg boots on line for my 3 daughters for Christmas and was told they would ship to me in 2 business days. No where on the site did it lead me believe they were being shipped from anywhere other than Canada. The boots did not arrive and after numerous emails the boots arrived 3 weeks later. When I opened the package the order was wrong. I immediately contacted them and they told me I would need a shipping label. After 4 emails I finally received the information only to find out they had to be shipped back to China! I took the boots to mail them and was told it would be $174,00 to mail them back. I have contacted them many times but they will not respond to my emails. I have been ripped off by$397.00 by this company.
