Advertising on TV deceptive. They don't mention shipping and handling not refundable, when not satisfied. Big Rip off

I was sucked in to buying "hd sunglasses", not knowing that there was not a refund on processing and handling If you were not satisfied with their product, which cost more then the sunglasses themselves. Their deceptive advertising is wrong and unacceptable.
If they do that to one million people, at that rate, that would be around $ 15,000, 000,000 million dollars a year, with no sales, mostly returns and Just profits on processing and handling.
They need to be put in their place, and put out of bussiness, make them return all their processing and handling fees, to everyone they have ripped off.
They are another" BERNIE MADOFF" in disquise. Shame on them.
