I placed a order with the online offer for a free product paying shipping and handling $5 and some change; Although they offered a facial cleaner and scrub that totaled to $23 and some change. I didn't get a bill for this but when I checked my inbox it only showed a confirmation #1899944 and the amount for $5 and some change so I called the #877 spoke with a young woman who I told about the bill and it didn't give me my bill for the total it had shown me on screen for the $23 and some change. The rep said okay I'll go ahead and give you the discount that it offered you for the 1.99 and I asked if she could send me the bill through while I have her on the phone and she said yes and while were both on the phone I go into my inbox and there's a bill for 74.98 I'm like wait a minute that doesn't look like$23 and some change of my bill she tried to explain herself I told the rep no I'm sorry that wasn't my bill amount now I understand why I didn't recieve the $23 and some change bill. I asked the rep to cancel the charge and I will call my bank and let them know what to watch for and the amount. The rep told me oh you don't have to do this you weren't charged I told the rep to stay on the safe side I should because I don't want to find this coming out of my ACCOUNT which wasn't the fee they showed me until I requested a resending of the bill because it didn't come through for the $23 and some change only the $5 and some changed came through in e-mail and a resending of bill that should've been $23 and some change was now $74.98 can you believe these people then the rep tried to down sale to $42 and some change when I told the rep no just cancel and send me a confirmation she got lippie and said well it's not coming out of your account until October 4th; I told the rep sorry wrong it's not coming out at all this is blantly false advertising no matter what you call it, describe it, or try telling me. Im calling my bank once we hang up. I go back into my inbox there another e-mail telling me my product is waiting to be shipped after I canceled this order and asked the rep to send me confirmation of this cancellation on 9/16 at 8:31 pm central time.
