A credit card charge from SHIFTBIKE.in appeared on my corporate card for $9.50. I called Customer Service. They told me I bought a bike alarm. Since I don't owe a bike, I requested cancellation and a credit. Customer Service identified the requester with an IP address 72.221.101.65, this did not help me identified the culprit. The credit should be in 2-3 business days.
