Icycle accident

I bought 2 bicycles from Toys R Us about A week ago. And Today Me nd my four yr. Old go to rise our bikes. Mine wich is doing something funny with the chain and I don't know much about bike but as long as it works I don't care. Lol anyway my 4 yr. Old turns around and the Handle bars were straight and tire was all the way turned and the bike tipped over her leaving her in a seating position on top of the bike with her legs under her and bike on her shins. Left a huge gash in her shin. I went to rescue her and found that the handle bars were not correctly tightened to the bike so, i picked the bike up and handle bars came straight out. Called toys r us and manager kept saying okay to everything. I said OKAY!!! It's not okay. But i had already corrected the problem to get her back on the bike. He said I would have to drive 30 min with gas prices being high. To tell me there's nothing he can do without seeing the bike. Although he could pull up my receipt to look up transaction for bikes and paid for assembled price!!! Crappy customer service!
