No resolution complaint - Rip-off

On November 1, I ordered the "Beautiful Navy Blue Pleated Back Blazer" from Etsy. The actual seller was NewExtrave.

After my first inquiry to NewExtrave, I was told on Nov. 26/10 that the item "will be shipped next week". Then nothing.

After another inquiry on Dec 7/10 I was told "its shipped already". Still did not receive anything. I filed a complaint with Etsy on Jan 12/11, and Etsy in turn contacted the Vender, advising the Vender to deal with me directly. Vender responded on Jan 17/11, saying item would be shipped that weekend, and shipping info would be forwarded. It is now Jan 25/11, and no shipping info has been forthcoming. At this point, I am simply pleading for a return of my $74.20.
