Applebee's
Loud music

My wife and I are 74 and eat out most of the time. We have been eating at Applebee's at least three times weekly here in Rolla, Mo, untill recently. There has been a change of managers and the atmosphere has changed from a place where you can go have a peaceful lunch to one with ear spliting music. I mean during the lunch time. Today, Oct 7 we ask the waitress to turn down the music, but nothing happened. We got up to leave and the manager stopped us to ask what was the problem. When I ask her why the music had to be so loud. She said she turned it down, but there was no change. We left and went else where to have lunch. We have had to ask for the music to be turned down every since this new manager has taken over. WE have had other customers thank us for asking for quite time to eat. I truly regret this developement as Applebee's was a great place to eat. Anything to change this situation would be greatly appreciated. Awaiting your reply. Kenneth Keeth, (573) 364-0199
