Applebee's - Lousy Service - Service - poor manager service

While having lunch today at the store on Caldwell Blvd.in Nampa, Idaho, we had what we consider the worst service we have had at any Applebee's we've been to. When we asked Auystin F. To bring us some extra paper napkins, he disappeard down below and did not return. My wife finally became angry and went and requested her own from the bar area. When he did return to ask us how the meal was, we reasked for napkins. Opps - sorry was his lethargic response and he went and got some for us... The meal was horrible also. My wife's steak had definitly been cooked and then reheated in the microwave to keep it hot and denied when questioned. This is the third time we have experienced this kind of service at this store. Call us silly but, we keep hoping for a change when we have complained in the past with reassurance that the issues would be addressed. We really love Applebee's but enough is enough. No More, Ever at any resturant in any town or any state. We are done with Applebee's. It's really sad - really sad!!!
