Cheap Owner-Won't Pay!

Mr. Fortunato contacted me, asked me to come to work for him as the 'head-server/assistant manager'. When I arrived I found I was being treated as just another server, fighting for tables, shifts, and respect. Paid every Friday, I stayed for 1 month and finally gave notice to leave. Mr. Fortunato decided that since I was not staying on, he would keep my final check-which included over $200.00 in tips that he had no right to. Turns out he did the same thing to others on several occasions.
