Fires people for no reason and he discriminates against physical and mental disabilities and age ripoff

I got a job in July at Indigo Joe's in Murrieta. I was very excited to go to work and meet new people since I had just moved here and didn't know any one. I loved my new job. It was a brand new restaurant/sports bar for families. At about 3-4 weeks of my job I went to work on a Friday and did my shift. I turned in my money at the end and Joe gave me an envelope with my last check and said I didn't work there anymore. I was very surprise because I did nothing wrong that I know of.

I asked him why and he said that he didn't have to give me a reason. I walked out and told some other servers about this and they were very surprised also, because they know that I work hard. Joe came out from his office and I tried to ask him again why. He shook his head at me and said No, You just leave now. So I did.

I was one of the older servers there, so I think that is why he fired me. He discriminates!

I have a friend who also worked there. She was a very good worker. She told Joe that she hadn't been feeling well and ask him to give her a couple days off to go to the doctor. He told her yes, just let me know what's going on. She ask him if he would keep her position open for her, he said, yes. After she went to the doctor she called to ask when she could come back to work. She had only been gone for 2 days. She talked to the Head server/Joe's assistant about this and his assistant said that Joe said that she was fired for taking the days off for goning to the doctor. He didn't even pay her, her last check.

I was listening in on the phone when she had called and was told this. She was at my house on my phone.
Now Joe and his head server are lying about what they said. Joe said that he didn't fire her, she just stopped showing up. If this was the case then why would she call him everyday that she was gone and let him know about her condition and what was going on, like he asked her to do. This just proves that he discriminates against physical and mental disabilities as well as a persons age.

So don't try to get a job there, because it wouldn't last too long. I wouldn't even eat at a restaurant that the owner or anyone working there would discriminate against anyone.
