Unauthorize charge to visa card and I never heard of the company

My vista card has been charged by nethostfeecom, a company I never heard of. The first charge was $1.95 and the second $29.95. They have something to do with website design. They have similar complaints from people all over the world, who claimed they take $119.00 total without being authorized. I did order a auto part on line last week. They claimed it was out of stock, but then I got a call from some mexican girl who wanted to sent me a part for 500% more but I declined. I think there is a connection. Going to my bank tomorrow and I will call this company. I doubt I will get any satisfaction. Attorney general next and so forth. They list amazon on web page, so I'll contact them.
