$9.98 charged to visa account, never heard of this company

Discovered a $9.98 charge to my Visa-Check card from Funwork-Design.com, on March 06. Have never heard of this company. Called their phone number (786-245-7795) and got a message from a "foreign" sounding voice that all operators were busy and to contact company at support@funwork-design.com. Unable to do so. This is an obvious fraudulent charge. I will be contacting my bank this morning (3/18) to report the situation.
