PCH Publisher's Clearing House
Claimed it awarded me a $500.00 prize but gave me nothing but a confirmation code to nothing Internet

Internet & Web

PCH, on its internet gaming page, claimed to have given me a $500.00 prize. They announced it was a $500.00 gift certificate to Amazon.com. What they gave me was a "confirmation code" which is worthless at Amazon.com. Amazon.com told me that they had several companies which claimed to award prizes to their company, but they had not heard about this at all. When asking PCH for an explaination all they would respond was they have awarded the prize and that is that!

It seems to me to be fraud to claim to award fantastic prizes in fabulous amounts but in reality to award nothing more than claims. For a company as large as PCH to engage in this type of fraud will be of interest to the Alabama State Attorney General.
